“Receptionists great. Hotel ok”
Arrived 1am to collect keys from lockbox as reception was closed. No directions to your room which is in a different building down the street. Two girls on reception who were great managed to upgrade our room for us after some false advertisment from sunweb. Pool and sauna are good but were closed … more

Our criteria for collecting guest reviews
After getting home from the trip booked with us, the customer will receive an email asking them to review different aspects of each of the services booked. The system only allows the booking holder to complete this review and only once.
