This hotel strives to make your stay as perfect as possible, from the welcome on arrival to the attentive and expert service in the ski room, it is seamless. We have stayed at the hotel many times and they welcome us back like family. We cannot recommend highly enough.

We had a lovely stay with you! Excellent service; the staff were always very friendly and attentive. We used the shuttle bus a few times, which was a real bonus for us, as most of our activities were in Val Claret. The ski room was also very well equipped, with heated ski boots, lockers to store your boots in, and so on. The wellness area is definitely a bonus! The only thing we found slightly less impressive was the restaurant. Breakfast was very good, the service attentive, and the eggs made to order were excellent. It was mainly the dinner that we didn’t really consider to be a 5-star restaurant. The service was very good, nothing to complain about. But we stayed from Saturday to Saturday, so for a week, and we missed having a salad or something a bit more surprising or typical. It was fairly similar all week. After a week, we’d tried everything on the menu. We also had one person with us who’d emailed twice in advance to say she didn’t eat meat (only chicken and fish), but this wasn’t taken into account. Until we brought it to the staff’s attention again. Also the choice between a salad or something traditional (e.g. raclette, fondue, etc.) would have been brilliant. Anyway, we had a brilliant stay and will certainly recommend you to friends and family!!! If we would come back, we might choose for bed and breakfast and have dinner once or twice at the restaurant, not for the entire week. All the best for the future!!

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Voulez-Vous in Tignes and would highly recommend it for a family ski trip. Our junior suite was spacious and comfortably accommodated two adults and two children. We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Voulez-Vous in Tignes and would highly recommend it for a family ski trip. Our junior suite was spacious and comfortably accommodated two adults and two children. Housekeeping was excellent, with twice-daily cleaning and thoughtful touches like turndown treats. A few extra amenities (e.g. nail file, shower cap) would have been a nice addition. The location is great—just a short walk to the slopes—and the free shuttle around Tignes was incredibly useful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, even for very short journeys. A special thank you as well for the late checkout (offered until 2pm without us needing to ask), which was really appreciated. The staff truly made the stay. They went above and beyond, helping daily with ski equipment, even assisting with boots and transporting gear to and from the boot room—making everything seamless. The bar had a great atmosphere with friendly staff and regular entertainment/DJs. Drinks were very good, although on the expensive side. A couple of minor downsides: the pillows were extremely soft with no firmer options, which made sleeping less comfortable. Food was also a bit limited—especially for vegetarians. As a group, we found options quite restricted (mainly one pizza and one gnocchi), although breakfast was always excellent. Overall, a memorable stay and we would definitely return.
