Great location in the centre of town, next to two excellent ski rental shops, lovely breakfasts and lovely reception staff, especially the guy on the evening roster who was so helpful and patient (sorry did not get his name). Rooms are lovely with good amenities. 5 mins walk to the Solaise and Olympic cable cars and beginner Village lift.

I enjoyed my stay at the chalet-style hotel and found little to complain about. I had a car and took advantage of the hotel's private parking, which costs €20 per day and is underground. Once you know where to go, it is easy to find. A helpful tip is to ask a staff member to guide you. If you're a nervous driver, be aware that parking spaces are tight. The service was consistent with the hotel's rating; it was always friendly and accompanied by a smile. Both breakfast and dinner were plentiful and delicious. My bedroom was spacious, clean, and comfortable. However, the shower room may not suit everyone, as it features a ‘wet room’ design, meaning the floors remain wet after showers. The water pressure was superb, with fast-flowing taps and shower heads. The illuminated wardrobe was a lovely touch. The hotel's central location is perfect, and my front-facing room offered a lovely view of Christmas trees and lights while remaining surprisingly quiet despite the street noise. Although I didn't use the wellness area, the gym seemed adequate, and the pool looked inviting. The ski and boot room, complete with designated lockers, was spacious. The only downside is that there are no boot dryers; I inquired on my first evening about their availability but was informed that they had never worked. Perhaps my expectations were too high. Overall, this hotel has a great atmosphere. If you find yourself in Val d'Isère and the price fits your budget, I’m confident you will have a stay.

I love this hotel. The decor and location are both fantastic. I have stayed here before and loved every aspect. However, this time I found the breakfasts really disappointing. I love this hotel. The decor and location are both fantastic. I have stayed here before and loved every aspect. However, this time I found the breakfasts really disappointing. The scrambled eggs were solid every day and cold. The pancakes were also cold. I had to clear my own table each day in order to sit down and eat. There is no decaffeinated coffee available. The breakfast staff are not friendly and seem stressed. However, the bread and pastries etc are lovely! The overall ambience of the hotel is great and despite the breakfast situation, it is still a lovely place to stay.

Nice Hotel Staff excellent great location suited our overnight stay perfectly Bed comfortable only negative balcony’s very close together our neighbour nice chap smoked on balcony and we were not able to have our door open as the smoke came into the room there is no Aircon so made it a bit warm to sleep Apart from that it was definately ok The Swimming pool great for family noise but not a spa pool by any means
