“Unfortunate change in deposit policy.”
This is the first time I've stayed at your hotel and been charged a €300 deposit for a single night's stay. Despite being promised that I would receive my money back the following day, Monday, October 13, 2025, to today, October 15, 2025, I still haven't received my money. I don't think it's right … more
