Everything was just perfect and exceeded our expectations. We had been given a larger apartment than booked, to take four guests even though we were only a couple, so we had a spacious room with sliding panels separating the bedroom from the living room/kitchenette. The large sofa could be converted into another bed. The room was modern, tastefully decorated and very clean. The kitchenette was fully equipped, having a hob and a microwave oven, ideal for preparing a simple dinner. There was even a kettle. There is not an abundance of restaurants in the area, so it is helpful to have these facilities. On a visit to the same hotel last year we had cause to complain about the cleanliness, so we were very pleased to see such a real improvement this time. This is all to the good as it is conveniently situated, close to the motorways skirting the south of Reims and within visiting distance from the city-centre. There is ample parking within the gated forecourt. When we arrived our reception was very friendly and helpful from the two gentlemen on duty. We noticed a large room prepared for breakfast. On the expectation of enjoying this same standard again, we will be back!

We booked this hotel for one night, as we wanted to explore Reims city. The hotel sent me a message in the morning with all the information in case we are late, which was very nice. We booked this hotel for one night, as we wanted to explore Reims city. The hotel sent me a message in the morning with all the information in case we are late, which was very nice. We came to the hotel around 5 pm and the receptionist was a lovely lady, she did not speak English, but we understood each other. She gave a room card key and we went to the third floor. The hotel is nice and clean. The room was large with everything you needed. Large windows and a nice view. There is one living room, with a kitchen corner, a dining table, one bedroom and a large bathroom. The table was ready with some napkins and tea cups. There was a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. Everything was nice tidy, and clean. We had breakfast. It was ok. We were happy about our stay. I can recommend.

We have been travelling back up to the UK from the South of France and booked in for a night at Apartcity on the edge of Reims. What attracted us to it was the fact the living space was seperate from the bedroom so we could put our 2 year old down for the night and then we could relax in the other room. The complex itself is very secure with coded gates and entry door. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English. It was all mod cons in the room and there was even a complimentary pack of coffee for the coffee machine left which i thought was a nice touch. Would definitely consider staying here again on a future trip to France.

“Reasonable stay”

Easy parking. Well placed for motorways and for quick access to Reims centre and the route de champagne. Parking in Reims is fairly easy to find. Easy parking. Well placed for motorways and for quick access to Reims centre and the route de champagne. Parking in Reims is fairly easy to find. Also bus service to centre very close by.( Rue Alberto Santos-Dumont Number 6.) You pay with cash for ticket. On arrival, reception was unstaffed. Got the email with info with keysafe code and room number after we arrived, so that was worrying as we thought we were locked out for the night. The room is pleasant enough and clean and unfussy. Fridge had no interior shelves, however, staff replaced the fridge for us! The fridge has a modest freezer section at the top. No ice cube maker, no sharp knife for chopping veg and, apparently, it is their policy not to provide one. No corkscrew. Cutlery of the cheapest quality. Frying pan but no fish slice or spatula. But, there is a coffee maker and a kettle! The hairdryer is the old fashioned hotel box-type fixed to the wall so hopeless if you have thick/long hair or want to style your hair. Take your own. The battery in the safe went dead and we could not open the safe. We were given a key instead. When we suggested they replace the battery they refused and said the key was the solution. So, we had to carry the key around with us, with the risk we lost it. However, it then occurred to us that it might be a universal key that would open every safe in the hotel!
