What a beautiful hotel the staff were attentive the location was spot on free spa the rooms were luxurious and very clean we are going back in three days as the city was stunning and didn't see enough the last time

“Perfect luxury stay for Troyes”
This is the perfect luxury hotel from which to explore beautiful medieval Troyes. Our car was taken to secure parking by the valet. Our room was stylish, large and comfortable. “Some ups some downs”
The room was lovely and hotel was in a good location. Breakfast was very good. Unfortunately there were a few things I didn’t like. We arrived there was plenty of parking in the courtyard, but they insisted they moved our car to the underground car park, which I wasn’t happy with and it was annoy… more
