“Good value. Kind staff. Big room.”
Big room with a separate toilet. Separate shower and bath. Decent free WiFi. Kettle for tea and a coffee machine. Great staff. They were fine with giving me an extra hour after check out. The room was very big. Double glazing was excellent but essential.

Stayed here at short notice for two nights. The first room I was allocated smelt heavily of smoke (akin to someone smoking in the room literally minutes or hours earlier). “A great find.”
A short walk from the Eurostar terminal (literally 7 minutes) in a quiet part of the city. The main square is a short walk away and there's a supermarket and McDonalds on the same street. Clean, tidy and modern, the breakfast is a little over priced but there's plenty of variety.

“Very convenient and modern”
This hotel is just across the rail station, making it very easy and convenient to access if you are coming to Lille by train. The room is spacious and modern making the stay a comfortable one. Key attractions and shops are within walking distance. Strongly recommended!

For a convenient and inexpensive stop to pick up an early Eurostar service, the Novotel is well placed just yards away from Lille Europe station.
