We have stayed at this hotel three times in the last 18 months each occasion was a one night stop over associated with a ski trip. We have stayed at Campaniles many times over the years and we know what to expect from the hotel chain. They are basic, clean, comfortable and accessible. The Campanile at St Quentin did not disappoint, the standards of the room are high and the customer service provided by the staff is brilliant. I can particularly recommend the breakfast. Lots of choice; cereals, toast, bread, eggs, bacon, fresh fruit and the usual ham, cheese and pickles that Europeans like for breakfast. If you are looking for an evening meal I can recommend Les 3 Brasseurs which is just around the corner. They serve food until 9.30pm I would like to comment on the excellent customer service that we have experienced at this Campagnile. The staff are so helpful. The first time we stayed we had problems with the shuttle and had to telephone from the UK terminal to arrange a late arrival. The staff were very tolerant of my poor French and did everything they could to make the appropriate arrangements. This included confirming the late check in arrangement by E mail. The last time we stayed (January 2024) I left an expensive device in the room and had to arrange for it to be forwarded on to me. All the staff were amazingly helpful and I am so grateful to Estelle who used her own time to send the parcel on to me. I would have no hesitation recommending a stay at this hotel. Thankyou
