“Great for families”
This is a great place to stay for a family vacation. It's outside of the most expensive part of the city but close enough to the Metro that you can get anywhere easily. Nice room, friendly staff.

“Good hotel but shame about the location.”
If able to, I’d probably rate it a 3 and a half. As others have commented, the hotel location isn’t the most aesthetically pleasing, the streets are dirty and some of the characters outside are less than desirable.
