“Highly recommend”

I love this place. It’s huge and it has a gym. They also have a place where you can wash your clothes. The staff were all so friendly and willing to help me with whatever I asked. This location is close to the metro and the community is quiet and safe. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel was genuinely good and the location couldn’t have been better, everything was within easy reach. The rooms were amazing: comfortable, well‑designed, and they never got too hot, which made a big difference during the warmer hours. Having a fan included was a thoughtful touch that kept the space perfectly comfortable. Overall, a fantastic stay. I’d happily return.

“Visit in Asnieres sur seine.”

The hotel building itself is designed in such a way that you immediately feel at home. The rooms and the furnishings are spacious. The cleanliness is excellent.The staff is very friendly and helpful.

When checking in, the only question the receptionist was interested in knowing was why our bags smelled the way they did; there were no greetings, let alone a single word of courtesy, like even a "Bonjour". Not sure if it was the Parisian heat or what, but when we informed her that we'd been travelling for over 24 hours to reach Paris in extreme heat, she changed the direction of her query and commented Oh, it only smelled of mothballs and nothing too bad, and that it was only a guest who had noticed the smell as we had to leave the luggage at the reception (we arrived at 12:30pm but weren't allowed to checkin until after 3pm) and that she was simply passing on the message to us, since her grandma uses mothballs all the times. We found this quite pathetic (not even sure if it was intended as a joke or a racist comment, or what), and a terrible way of welcoming travellers. Besides this, the room was like a sauna throughout, but at least we can blame it on the heatwave beyond the staff's/hotel's control. Almost no ventilation in the twin room, though the website we booked it through claimed that this hotel had an air conditioning system, which is DEFINITELY NOT the case. The fan was extremely feeble and probably just made the hot air circulate more uncomfortably, despite leaving the windows open after sunset. The room itself was very well equipped and nice and clean. As we stayed for a week, they got a basic cleaning done on 1 of the days (if we wanted more, that would be paid). Thankfully, the neighbours (whose voices we could hear quite loudly in the late evenings) were quiet enough at night. The location itself is quite good: around a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro (like L), and close enough to groceries and other shops etc.
