“Shuttle bus is hell.”

Clean rooms, comfy beds, breakfast was ok. Lack of plates, cups, cutlery when went for breakfast had to wait for them. A massive issue for us was the shuttle bus coming back from the park. We used a taxi on the second night. It was dangerous. The bus was so full it felt like it was going to topple over when going round the roundabout. There should be one for each hotel not packing everyone in like sardines. It needs sorting.

Stayed here with my wife and 5 year old daughter. We chose this hotel for its convenience to Disneyland with the free shuttle bus service and it was also one of the cheaper hotels. We arrived in the morning due to an early flight. We used the locker service to store away our luggage until check in at 3pm. There was a small charge for this service. The lockers were big enough for a large suitcase. Our room was on the ground floor with a view out the side of the hotel. There was a double bed, single bed and bunk bed, so 5 beds in total. Air conditioning was much appreciated as afternoon temperatures were in 30s Celsius. Room was made up with fresh towels each day. Breakfast each morning was very good, enjoyed the continental options including croissants and pastries. We had dinner a couple of nights too, delicious pizzas. We opted for the meal deal option which included main, dessert and a drink. There was a children’s play area in the restaurant and an outdoor seated area. Also in the hotel was an amusement arcade which our daughter enjoyed. And also vending machines with snacks, drinks and meals and a microwave. There was free juice available in the reception area, some pastries sitting out and a coffee machine. There was also a gift shop selling souvenirs and also drinks and bottles of water. The only complaint about our stay was on the last morning, we had an early taxi pick up at 7.30 so hadn’t time to get breakfast. I called myself at the breakfast when it opened at 7am hoping to get a bag with some items. The man at the door gave me a blunt no. We mentioned this to the receptionist when checking out and she just looked at us like we had 2 heads, no apology made. However she did give us a lunch bag each. The man at the restaurant could have told me these bags were available from reception instead of just a blunt no. We wouldn’t have received anything if it wasn’t mentioned at reception when checking out. The rate we paid included breakfast on 4 mornings including the day we checked out so this was an entitlement. Overall an average stay.

“Not bad just basic”

I stayed here on my own with my 4 year old for a weekend for Disneyland Paris. Check-in in and check out was smooth and the staff were very friendly. The food was pretty good for a budget hotel. Rooms are basic but very comfy bed I found. Like I said budget hotel so don’t expect the world. However… more

I stayed here on my own with my 4 year old for a weekend for Disneyland Paris. Check-in in and check out was smooth and the staff were very friendly. The food was pretty good for a budget hotel. Rooms are basic but very comfy bed I found. Like I said budget hotel so don’t expect the world. However, I had a huge security issue with my hotel room door. When it shut, it wouldn’t shut all the way and stayed open slightly so you could push it open. You had to pull it shut and lift the handle to make sure it was shut. I am unsure if it was just my door or just in general. I made sure I shut it properly each time, however we came back from the Parks one night and my door had been left open by the cleaners!! Luckily nothing had gone missing and I don’t think anyone else had been in there, but as a lone female with a toddler this was worrying. What I will say is I told the staff and immediately a handy man came to look at it and tried to fix it. He said it would need another part, but couldn’t get it until the next day, when we were leaving. They offered me to change to a new room, so can’t fault them once I brought the issue up. I’ve seen many reviews about the shuttles and yeah they are busy but I don’t think they are as bad as some guests have said. We managed to get on every time and got my pushchair on to. I probably wouldn’t stay here again just given how basic it really is, but I wanted to do it budget friendly so yeah.

Every single negative review here about the shuttles is unfortunately true. They are scary and dangerous! And it’s not just at peak times, it’s all day. Every single negative review here about the shuttles is unfortunately true. They are scary and dangerous! And it’s not just at peak times, it’s all day. We tried a few times at 3pm and 6pm and couldn’t get on. There is 1 shuttle serving 6 Disney affiliate offsite hotels… I mean ONE in rotation. So if you can’t get on, you have to wait until it comes back around. Then during this wait the crowd reforms and you’re in exactly rhe same position. The schedule says every 20 minutes but that’s just not true. There is no queuing, it’s just a free for all and everyone is pushing to get on. We ended up giving up and walking too and from the parks because we had 2 small kids and no car seats therefore can’t get a taxi. The walk is flat but takes a good 30 minutes. Also at the parks bus stop, there are taxi drivers prying on this specific bus stop because of how bad it gets and they are trying to get you to go with them instead (and overcharge!). It’s just not worth it. Pay the extra money and stay on site! The actual hotel is fine. It’s basic but fine for a base and a place to sleep. Breakfast was fine before 8am but got very busy after that point. DONT fall for the pizza meal deal, it’s rubbish, it’s just oven pizza.
