After a disappointing first night at a nearby resort, we transferred to the Hotel Paris Marne-la-Vallée, and it completely turned our vacation around. From the moment we arrived for dinner on Tuesday evening, the service was flawless. The restaurant staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating to our two young children, making us feel entirely welcome. The reception team was equally outstanding. Theo assisted us in securing a room for the remaining three nights of our trip. He was highly professional and kindly upgraded our family of four to a spacious suite. This was a massive highlight, allowing our boys to sleep soundly and uninterrupted after hectic days at Disneyland. Every aspect of the dining experience was excellent. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the staff were consistently polite and efficient. We would like to give a special mention to the female blonde staff member who managed both the breakfast beverage service and the bar/restaurant in the evenings; her hospitality was exceptional and she was brilliant with our children. While the pool and spa area were closed for renovation during our stay, management proactively informed us before booking, so this did not impact our experience. Additionally, the complimentary Disney shuttle bus made commuting to the parks completely effortless. The only minor drawback is that parking is not included in the room rate. It costs an additional €20 per day, and because the automated barrier payment machine was out of order, we had to settle the balance at reception. While inconvenient, it did not take away from an otherwise perfect stay. We will absolutely choose this hotel for our next Disney trip and highly recommend it to other families. Thank you so much!

Wonderful staff, kind, accommodating, thoughtful and friendly. I cannot speak highly enough of them. They looked after us from the first moment. Our room was excellent. The concierge was a wonderfully helpful man who remembered us throughout our stay. I must give special thanks to Marine, Sabri and Matar at breakfast. We told them it was our son's birthday. Without asking they brought out a cake, wonderfully decorated, sang happy birthday and Marine gave him a present. We were so moved by this and every morning after we got high fives and smiles. They are a credit to the hotel and we will never forget their kindness. I hope they are appreciated by their employers. We will be sure to tell everyone how successful wonderful our experience has been. Thank you everyone.

“Disappointing Experience and Inconsistent Service”

I booked two rooms through IHG: one premium room using points and one standard room. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I would like to acknowledge that the reception and restaurant staff were generally polite and friendly. The hotel location is also very good. However, the premium room did not really feel premium compared with my experiences at other IHG hotels. For example, there was only one bathrobe in the room, even though there were two guests. I also expected a coffee machine in a premium room, but only instant coffee sachets were provided. When I asked reception, I was told that a coffee machine could be sent to the room, which I found surprising, as I would have expected this to be provided as standard rather than having to request it. In the end, I never received one. The restaurant experience was also disappointing. On the first day, we ordered a fruit salad and had to follow up after around 30 minutes. It eventually arrived after almost 50 minutes, and it seemed the order had been forgotten. On the second day, my family and I ordered lunch, and one of the dishes was supposed to include avocado. When we pointed out that the avocado was missing, the response we received was that other customers had been served the same dish with avocado. I showed the plate, but the issue was not properly acknowledged. I also noticed that several areas of the hotel were under renovation during my stay, including the swimming pool and the bar. This affected the overall experience, and I would have appreciated clearer communication about this before or during the booking process. Another issue was related to payment. I settled everything at the hotel before leaving. Later that afternoon, I received a notification that an additional amount in euros had been attempted from my card. When I informed the hotel, I was asked to contact IHG directly, despite the attempted charge appearing to come from the hotel. This added unnecessary confusion after checkout. Overall, while the staff were polite, the rooms were comfortable, and the location is great, the experience did not meet the standard I would expect from a hotel of this level, especially for a premium room. Based on this stay, I am not sure I would choose this property again if I return to the area.
