“Nice hotel with amazing staff”
We stayed from 21st to 23rd July 2024. We loved the hotel! Amazing customer service from all of the friendly staff. I cannot fault the staff at Kraft one bit. “Lovely boutique hotel”
Newly renovated, modern, classy interior. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It felt safe at all times, although I stayed during the Olympics and the police were stationed outside the hotel all day every day so that may have contributed to that feeling. “Clean rooms and decent surroundings”
Overall I was impressed - good area, clean rooms and okay breakfast. Would recommend for sight seeing and general pottering around Paris ! Reason I couldn’t give it 5 starts - poor view from room and slightly condescending staff (especially when asking for directions!)
