“Family in crisis”
I'm writing this review purely to give the biggest thank you in the world to the wonderful staff at this hotel. We had an absolute disaster while on our way home from France. “No problem only solution”
We were travelling from the USA to my native region with our pet a standard french Poddle. The Mercure crew was not only nice and wonderful in handling our reservation but absolutely excellent in accommodating us to be able to appreciate this great stay with our dog.
