“Excellent customer service in a pinch”

“Best Western Empire Elysées, Paris”
The location was good, approachable by Metro Charles de Gaulle – Étoile metro station and also Ternes Metro station. Rooms were good enough for 3 adults (we took a triple bedded room). “2 nights - September 25”
We stayed here for 2 nights (Saturday & Sunday) and we were really happy with our stay. Check in process was easy and the member of staff whoever dealt with any needs we had was always polite and helpful. Room was clean, and perfect base for exploring Paris. Would 100% stay here again.
