My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at Le Basile Hotel in Paris, and what truly stood out was their exceptional customer service. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of. I have never been this pleased and appreciative of any hotel’s customer service, and I've stayed in hotels in different parts of the world before. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, always handling requests with kindness and professionalism. They were also very helpful in assisting with my laundry and made the process easy and affordable, which I really appreciated. Housekeeping was excellent as well—our room was consistently spotless, and the team made sure it stayed clean and comfortable throughout our stay. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. What truly sets this hotel apart is how much they care about their guests. After I checked out, I accidentally left my boots behind. They immediately contacted me, but I was already on my flight back to the U.S. Without hesitation, they arranged to have my boots shipped to me. I was incredibly impressed by their effort and thoughtfulness—it’s not something every hotel would do. The location is another big plus! My daughter complimented me for finding such place where we could easily enjoy great food and shopping without taking public transportation. Overall, it’s not just the charm of the hotel, but the genuine care and integrity of the staff that made this experience unforgettable. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I highly recommend Le Basile Hotel to anyone visiting Paris, and I would absolutely stay here again.

“Chic hotel minutes from Place de La Concorde”

Very chic hotel right by Place de la Concorde and the Tuileries and tons of great bistros and boutiques. Friendly staff and a very fun aesthetic. The rooms are small and cozy, but so what! It's Paris and you shouldn't be spending time in your room! Go out and explore.

I fulfilled a birthday wish, thanks to my friends and family: to experience Paris for the first time. The entire trip felt like icing on the cake. I met incredibly kind people in a city that can truly steal your heart. Hotel Basil made our stay feel like a real gift. We received such a warm welcome and felt more like we were staying with friends. Everyone was attentive and always ready to help. The rooms are small but very clean, with a wonderful mattress. They are quiet and beautifully decorated. I truly hope I will come back—and when I return to Paris, I will definitely stay at Hotel Basil again. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Drawing a line and briefly analyzing each department, I found that everyone at the reception is as you would expect them to be, with an emphasis on Alexandra who is special, including the gentleman who is on duty at night. For the cleanliness of the rooms in the first few days, they were as expected, on April 6th a little weaker, and on April 7th my score is 10 with congratulations. At breakfast, congratulations for the quality of the products (Fresh and natural). When I checked in, I checked a breakfast sheet that was only respected on the first day. When you check fruit and finish breakfast, you go to get fruit and the ladies stop their activity and look at you, maybe unintentionally, but it seems like you want to get two fruits instead of one. The same thing when my daughter went to get a croissant. One morning I asked to put some cheese in my omelet, but after I received the omelet, she didn't come with her tray if I wanted more cheese. I think this needs to be thought about and improved. Maybe you should consider a gradual increase in the price for breakfast and maybe add a tomato and a cucumber. I hope what I said is useful.
