I stayed at the Hotel Cambon whilst attending a conference. The hotel is perfectly located both for the sights and public transport. The rooms are well presented and very comfortable. The greatest asset for the hotel are it's staff. I inadvertently left a small item of sentimental value in the hotel. The efforts the staff went to in returning the item to me in the UK was well beyond what could be reasonably expected. Thank you for a very nice stay and for the great customer service.

Loved Paris, make sure you go to cafe Noir around the corner - Amlee the owner is great and where all the celebrities go for their Paris coffee fix. The staff were helpful and pleasant - in fact whole of Paris is sooo much friendlier and accomodating for non- French speaking barbarians like us 😁 I assume the Olympics had a positive impact on the whole City 🇫🇷❤️

“A gem in the heart of Paris”

We booked 4 standard rooms here for friends to visit Paris. The hotel is really clean, comfy and well positioned. Highly recommend. Really nice rooms. The in room products including filtered water, coffee shower stuff Definitely recommend

Looking for a place to stay when in Paris si not easy. Yes, there are many hotels and such. Many are expensive depending on where you want to be and where you want to go when there. Having gone to Paris for decades I am always looking for a new place. I have stayed in several on several stays, but this time I needed to have something closer to where I would spend time. Knowing I would visit the Louvre, walk on the Rue de Rivoli and hop on the Metro to take the train everywhere, I needed something different. This time I found the Hotel Cambon and it was perfect. Everything was as expected. It is an old hotel with only 36 rooms. It is in a prime location on the Rue de Cambon just around the corner of the Rue de Rivoli and down the block from the fashion district which houses all the famous brands including Chanel, YSL and more, Even LV is down the block. Walking up two steps you are inside the old hotel that has been brought up-to-date. The room we had (a junior suite) was ideal. It even had a small terrace on the roof for a morning coffee overlooking the Opera. The bed was ideal. The bathroom clean and very European in design. This is not an American hotel. This is truly European so prepare for that. They did offer breakfast (at an additional fee), but having been to Paris for so long I knew where to go to get the coffee and the croissant. That was enough. As for the team there, they were very kind and helpful. They could answer all questions and provide recommendation. This was very helpful since friends in another suite had never been to Paris and needed some guidance at their age. As for us, we knew how to get around to where we wanted to go. The Concorde Metro was perfect on the corner and we could go everywhere including the Flea Market int he very northern part of Paris not far from ST. Deny's. Best, there is even a nice restaurant across from the hotel on the same street. Ideal place for cocktails, lunch and even dinner (with a reservation). Overall, I do recommend the Hotel Cambon. The price is right for Paris. The location great. The people friendly. As we would say being there...MERCI.
