Wonderful hotel and exceptional staff who were both helpful and extremely courteous to this American family. Could not have found a better place to stay. We ended up reserving multiple rooms since there were 5 of us which was still more affordable than an Airbnb. Clean and adequate rooms with a comfortable lobby to visit and drink coffee. The location was great and made most of our destinations within walking distance or easily accessible through the Metro. Highly recommend.

“Charming Boutique Hotel in a Great Location”

Great location and helpful staff. Small rooms compared to the US, but that's the norm for Europe! Quiet at night even though we were in the heart of everything and very close to two metro stops and bus stops. Highly recommend

The staff here were very friendly and helpful - in a heatwave they were happy to provide bowls of ice when we asked (for drinks) and AC worked to US expectations. Fresh cake to grab in afternoons, sitting area to linger if desired. Wine/drinks/snacks to buy at reasonable expense (but lots of groceries close). Room was tight (i.e., european feel) but clean and comfy - included nespresso machine, fridge, hairdryer. Bathroom was a bit off, only a sheer curtain for windows despite building directly across, step in tub with shower design that made difficult to avoid wet floors. Good wifi, good bed. Stairs and hallways reflect small boutique not big chain. Major construction right across alley sized street but not loud or working early/late during our stay, still made street dusty and not very "quaint". Location is great to access Metro lines - with neighborhood that is wonderful to just chill around for most of a day.

The Hotel de Fleurie has always been one of my favorite hotels in Paris. This year I rented an apartment with no a/c so reserved two. Vintage here for relief from the heat. The first surprise was the total renovation of a building located across from the entrance of the hotel. The hotel is located on what could be regarded as the size of an alley. So the work is close. And the renovation is down to the structural base. The work starts at 7am. I was told that if I keep the window closed with shades down the noise will not be a major problem. We shall see. The second surprise was that the room was not ready at 2pm. Although I provided my name and passport the woman at reception was confused that I was only one person. In fact when I was finally able to get into the room the welcome note was addressed to a different person. Unfortunately this room is on the 6th floor, the chamber de bonne level. The elevator goes only to the 5th floor. Then there is a spiral staircase up to the room. I would have never accepted this room and would have looked elsewhere. First I have a knee issue and second the a/c in the room is adequate but not much more. After finding a welcome note addressed to someone else, I am sure I was disfavored and wil ask for a reduction in room rate
