The hotel Lancaster is perfectly beautiful and enchanting. The location and the design and all of the beautiful and well placed furnishings create for a perfect Parisian experience in the 8th! The staff is friendly and attentive and anticipates you ever need. I will definitively stay there again.

​If I could give Hotel Lancaster more than 10 stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. From the moment we arrived until the second we left, our experience was nothing short of flawless. This hotel doesn't just offer a place to stay; they deliver an experience where your needs are met before you even realize you have them. In this day and age, that level of proactive, intuitive service is incredibly rare but here, it’s just standard practice. ​You simply cannot beat the location. Being just steps away from the iconic Champs-Élysées, the hotel places you right in the beating heart of Paris. Yet, despite being so close to the vibrant energy of the city, the hotel remains a peaceful, luxurious sanctuary. It truly is the ultimate spot for a Parisian getaway. We were blown away by how incredibly spacious the rooms were a rare gem for Paris! ​The Bed: It was absolutely massive. It was more than big enough for two adults, and occasionally, my baby could cuddle up with us comfortably too. ​Housekeeping: Absolutely stellar. The room was kept immaculately clean throughout our entire stay. ​For the Baby: They went above and beyond by setting up a beautiful baby cot filled with lovely, thoughtful baby items. It made us feel so incredibly welcome as a family. ​Valet Parking: Peace of Mind for Car Lovers ​As someone who is very particular about their car, I have to give a massive shoutout to the valet service. Parking in Paris can be a nightmare, but the team handled my Porsche with the absolute utmost care. I was worried about my brandnew tires and beautiful rims, but they kept them perfectly pristine. They treated my car like it was their own, which earned them a massive tick in my book! We ordered room service for breakfast and it was a highlight of our mornings. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and allowed us to just slow down and truly enjoy our mornings in Paris. The staff here are the definition of hospitality. It was incredibly hot during our stay, and without us even having to ask, they constantly made sure we had plenty of water in our room and handed us cold bottles every single time we stepped outside. ​The Highlight: You don't have to ask for anything here. In most modern hotels, you always have to chase down service. At Hotel Lancaster, they anticipate your every need before a word even leaves your mouth. ​Thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable stay. We will definitely be back!

“Mostly excellent with a couple exceptions”

The Hotel and staff is top notch, but they need to drop the effort to turn the bar (“Copper Bay” 🙄) into a hipster place, The music mix is annoying and out of place. I’ve stayed at the Lancaster probably 10 times over the last 8 years. The Hotel and staff is top notch, but they need to drop the effort to turn the bar (“Copper Bay” 🙄) into a hipster place, The music mix is annoying and out of place. The wine pours by the glass also seem to have become a bit stingy. Other than that, an excellent experience.
