Wonderful stay!!! The reception team were very welcoming, helpful and friendly on arrival, they took time to help me check in and guide me. Room was perfect. Bed was very comfortable too. “We’d love to come back, especially as it’s only a short walk to Notre Dame”
We were very satisfied in every respect, particularly with the flexibility shown, as we had to postpone our trip due to the Lufthansa strike. Hossam went out of his way to resolve this issue successfully. We’ll be happy to come back if Paris is our destination. Thanks again, Hossam
