“A hotel that is helpful”
The hotel made every effort to help us with extra needs. It is of course 2 star as a hotel but it delivers what it says it offers.

“Clean and Friendly!”
We booked the family room for 5 people and the room was very clean and nice. Newly renovated bathroom, 3 single beds and one double and two little balcony's. “Basic comfortable hotel great value for money great transport links”
Great value for money. A basic comfortable hotel walking distance to gare du Nord and very close to Gare d'Lest. Staff are great. We stayed a few times during the rugby world cup and it was very reasonable. The only negative is the area near chateau d'eau metro (closest one) did not feel at all… more

“Nice place for the price”
Good hotel friendly staff Knowledgeable & good travel information for Paris The area is a bit dodgy at night due to the high volume of homeless people around But if you go back to the hotel after dark an Uber is a good option. Breakfast was break @ jams Tea @ coffee @ 0j
