“Wonderful”

The hotel is very nice, located in a quiet area, with restaurants and shops nearby and relatively close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Louvre. Very good and quality breakfast

This is a great hotel, located away from the hustle & bustle of the city centre but close enough to the main tourist sites of Paris. We stayed here for two nights to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and the hotel was thoughtful enough to leave us a note recognising this, along with a complemtary selection of macarons. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Arriving on the Eurostar to Gare du Nord, the hotel is easily accessible from Rome Metro station although the Europe station is also close by as is the Saint-Lazare SNCF station. The rooms are small but it's a central city hotel, unless you want to pay premium rates. And, let's be honest, the room is a place to rest, recharge and refresh. Our room had a balcony, which wasn't very wide but spanned the length of the room but is a great way to people watch. On arrival, it seemed to be a busy Thursday night in Paris with lots of sirens which we thought might keep us awake but the blackout curtains and double-glazed door did their job and we slept soundly. Our only gripe was the temperemental fridge door and the lack of English-speaking channels on the TV (except for CNN); however, given we were away for a romantic break, this wasn't a big deal. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in central Paris who wants to be close to the main attractions. The Arc de Triomphe/Champs Elysees is c25 minutes walk away.

The hotel is overall in relatively good condition. The materials and repairs look well maintained, and the place feels solid from a physical standpoint. However, the breakfast is very expensive for what it offers. You can easily have a much better breakfast for about a quarter of the price at any of the nearby boulangeries. The staff is not very friendly, but they do help when needed and get things done. Service is functional, but not warm. The biggest issue with this hotel is the cleaning service. It is poor. The rooms are not cleaned properly, and the overall hygiene is not at a good level. For example, you can come back at 5 PM after being out all day and your room is still not done. Sometimes they even come at 6 PM to clean, which is not acceptable. It feels like there is a lack of organization and supervision in housekeeping. This is something the hotel should seriously improve, with better management and better-trained staff. Another issue is the air conditioning system. It is centrally controlled and does not allow individual adjustment. The hotel sets it either to heating or cooling at a fixed temperature, and guests cannot control it in their rooms, which is uncomfortable. Also, the rooms are relatively small. Overall, the stay is okay, but the cleaning service and lack of climate control are major weaknesses that affect the experience.

“Perfect”

The room was small, but this is normal paris. But besides that Everything was good, the Hygiene the service , the people on the reception and the design if the hotel was also very beautiful.
