The hotel is located two blocks from the Maubert Mutualite Metro and a few minutes walk to the Seine and the bridge. The room was clean and there is complentary coffee in the lobby. I suffered a heart incidence and the staff rushed to help and call the medics. They packed up and stored my belogs while I was hospitalized. When I returned they gave me a beautiful room overlooking the street and church. I recommend room 209. The windows open and there was no street noise. I can't praise the compassion and care of the staff enough.

“Stellar Location”

We chose this hotel based on its location and it did not disappoint. Short walk to Notre Dame Cathedral and the Pantheon, a little bit longer walk, but we did walk to the Louvre. Also within walking distance to the underground Metro. There are endless cafés within a short, walking distance open all hours, and were not disappointed by any that we ate at. The staff was excellent no matter the day or time, our room was impeccably clean though on the small side, even though we had upgraded to a premium room, our traveling companions standard room was really small and we were glad we spent a little bit of extra to upgrade. We opted to include the petite déjeuner for €16 and it had an excellent selection of pastries, eggs, coffee, meat, cheeses, and some fruit fruits with attentive staff on duty. there was free Wi-Fi with acceptable speeds and the front desk was staffed 24 / 7. Our only real complaint did not involve the hotel itself, but rather the van that they scheduled for us for an early morning pick up to take us to the train station. This was done through a service they use that assigned a taxi according to your needs. We were two couples traveling with luggage and when we arrived to the train station, the driver told us he did not accept credit cards and wanted cash. Luckily we had enough euros but it cleaned me out. Bottom line is that this hotel provided for an extremely convenient and pleasurable stay and we would not hesitate to recommend or to stay here again ourselves.

Not a five star hotel but deserves a five star review. Excellent communication prior to our visit, any questions answered promptly and efficiently in good English. Not a five star hotel but deserves a five star review. Excellent communication prior to our visit, any questions answered promptly and efficiently in good English. An excellent base for touring the city, 5 minutes from the river and Notre Dame, Metro stop round the corner. Fabulous cake shops nearby. Pleasant staff ,on top of any requests for help 24 hr service. Smart breakfast room downstairs with ample choices for healthy eaters and only scrambled egg and sausages for the Full English brigade. Free tea/coffee machine . No Pool,sauna /gym malarkey. Rooms are small across the city for normal travellers but comfortable and cleaned to a high standard. You're not in Paris to stay in your room.

“clean, safe, tidy”

went last summer with one of my friends. we had the most lovely time. room was clean and bathrooms had good amenities. safe area, clean and tidy. free water and coffee was a plus. the rooms were quite small but for Paris it is expected. really enjoyable stay after long days walking around Paris!
