“Amazing customer service”
Amazing customer service from Sylvie this morning in dealing with our booking due to personal reasons. The situation was handled with professionalism. Anasset to the company. We will definately been returning to the hotel in the future, when we return for our family vacation.

“Basic, cost effective hotel”
So we like the area and Chartier round the corner and Gare de L’Est is a good connection station for exploring. We have stayed at the Holiday in that has now changed to the NH so needed an alternative. The IBIS chain is a bit like Premier inns in the UK, a bit basic, but adequate on a budget. We… more
