“Perfect well priced Paris location”
Great location close to metro in authentic neighborhood. Big clean rooms with air conditioning is rare for Paris. Great service and cute garden!

“Calm and cozy”
We enjoyed our 7 days stay at this hotel very much. The rooms are located around a small but nice patio. Within a 5 minutes walk there is a connection to 5 metro lines: 1, 2, 6, 8, 9.

The first room we were allocated was very small and had a musty smell. The bathroom was also tiny, with the boiler looking halfway out of the ceiling and everything seemed very improvised.
