Excellent service from the moment we stepped inside the door. Very kind and friendly staff. Our room was perfect. It was very clean. Fresh room, bed linen and towels every day. “I don't see how this can be a 4 star.”
I don't know why there is such a huge discreptancy between 4 and 5 star hotels, but if the Ritz Carlton is a 5 star hotel, than Montfleuri is 3 stars at best.
