“Great Hotel”
We had a lovely time staying in this hotel, so centrally located and lovely staff, clean beautiful rooms, great little balcony and comfy beds. Zoe on reception was particularly helpful. We would recommend this hotel to friends and family and not hesitate to stay again!

“No heating in freezing temperatures”
We stayed over Christmas for 4 nights with our daughter who has learning difficulties in temperatures around freezing. Neither room had working heating. After complaining we ended up with free standing heaters. It didn't feel safe to leave these on over night or when out so it took a while to heat… more
