“Hidden gem next to Arc de Triomphe.”
Stayed for a week in the balcony room, with breakfast. The Stella is located on one of the 12 streets off the Arc de Triomphe, but was one of the quiet ones that had a neighborhood feel. The cost is excellent given location (walkable to Trocadero/Eiffel) and the balcony is worth it for the sunsets … more
