After some disappointing accommodation during the rest of our trip, staying here was such a breath of fresh air and completely exceeded our expectations. It genuinely made our time in Paris so much more enjoyable. The location is fantastic – around a 10-minute walk from both Gare de Lyon and Gare d'Austerlitz with excellent metro and train connections, and only five minutes from the Accor Arena, which was perfect as we were attending a concert. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming. Being able to leave our luggage from 12pm before check-in was a huge help, and we were also surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a larger room with our own private deck, which made our stay even more special. The room itself was brilliant. The bed was much bigger than we expected and incredibly comfortable – so much so that I barely noticed my boyfriend was even there! Despite being so close to major train stations, the room was amazingly quiet. Once inside it felt almost completely soundproof, and we couldn't hear any outside noise at all, which meant we both had an excellent night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and modern. The shower was good, although in an ideal world the water pressure could have been a little stronger. The only small issue we noticed was a little mould in the shower sealant, which could do with some attention, but it didn't affect our stay or change our overall impression of the accommodation. We also really appreciated the little touches. While we were out exploring Paris, housekeeping cleaned our room, replaced the towels and restocked the complimentary drinks in the mini fridge, which we weren't expecting at all. The TV also included Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime, making it easy to relax after a busy day sightseeing. The upper deck is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the atmosphere on the Seine. One thing we were disappointed to miss was the dinner cruise, which looked absolutely incredible. Unfortunately, we weren't staying on one of the evenings the boat sailed, but after seeing it we'd definitely love to come back and experience it in the future. Overall, this was excellent value for money and one of the highlights of our trip to Paris. The combination of the unique setting, fantastic location, thoughtful service and comfortable accommodation made it a stay we'll remember for a long time. We wouldn't hesitate to book again and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for something a little different from the usual hotel experience.

Great location for our purposes (concert at Accor Stadium) and right between two main stations G de Lyon and G d’Austerlitz. Room was tiny but comfy. Shower was great and air con worked really well which was a godsend in the 36 degree heat! A fantastic fridge in the room that was restocked while we were there with cool drinks and water - Again a real bonus in the heat. Bed was super comfy too. Staff were incredibly nice and very helpful. Great wee find.

The photos are misleading. The dining room is plain and lacks atmosphere, and there’s no bar to sit at while you wait. We arrived at 6:45 p.m., were seated at our reserved table, and enjoyed the complimentary glass of wine, but the singer didn’t begin performing until 8:30—and even then, she took frequent breaks. Although she had a lovely voice, my husband aptly called her an “unprofessional professional.” She lacked warmth and energy. Our waiter was friendly and efficient, and the food was fine, but nothing memorable. Honestly, we were eager to get off the ship. The entire experience felt dull. The singer could have created a more engaging ambiance, but instead her repertoire was slow and melancholy—far from what we expected. Save your money and choose a different dinner cruise.
