Great place to stay if you have a flight the next day. The hotel is a 5 to 10 minute walk from the airport train shuttle. Check-in was easy and the front desk staff very friendly. The bed was very comfortable and was glad to have a couple English-speaking TV stations. There are no wash cloths in the bathroom, so bring your own. Had the breakfast buffet. A large selection of food to choose from. Only problem was that the elevators were being serviced in the morning, and all three were out of commission, so my niece had to carry her luggage down 7 flights of stairs. You would think that one would not disable all of the elevators at the same time.

Decided to stay at the Courtyard Marriott after much debate between this hotel and the Sheraton at CDG for our overnight before heading home. I am so glad we did. The tram is easy to navigate (even with multiple bags), the walk from the tram stop to the hotel is covered (sides are open) for rainy days, the bed was very comfortable and restaurant food was very good. We didn’t leave until later in the day and were offered late check-out. A very nice experience to complete a wonderful trip to France.

“Cold room, ineffective appliances, and uncomfortable environment at check-in.”

This hotel is conveniently located and easily accessible via the CDGVAL tram. The hotel itself is well maintained, but there was a notable lack of female staff presence. At check-in, there were three employees, two of whom simply sat and stared at me. This was unwelcome and uncomfortable. Any rudeness or attempted intimidation was ineffective but nevertheless inappropriate. At dinner, the waitstaff appeared more focused on getting people into the restaurant than ensuring patrons received the correct orders. The food itself was good; however, the hotel would benefit from having waitstaff repeat orders back to guests to ensure accuracy. This issue was observed at multiple tables. The hotel room was extremely cold, and the bedding was inadequate. I had to double up the comforter to stay warm. Although QR codes were provided with instructions for adjusting the room temperature, they did not work. The telephone in the room was also non-functional, and the shower head was positioned awkwardly, pointing toward the wall and almost straight upward, requiring me to hold it while showering. The coffee station was well stocked, but there was very little cream available to accompany the coffee. There appeared to be a number of poorly considered details throughout the guest experience. I did not report these issues during my stay because I did not want any of the staff members from check-in visiting my room. Overall, this was not a particularly positive experience.
