What a difference an owner makes, these hotels are a franchise. Tricky to find even with a good sat-nav, road signs are generally obscured by lorries on the approach. Enjoyable stay - rooms have been refurbished and are of a good standard - nice new showers. Website a little misleading as food 7 days a week but reality is that restaurant is not open on Sunday in low season - you can find the actual opening hours on the website but you have to look.
