“Comfortable Stay in Rouen”
I had my best sleep of our vacation at the Hyatt Rouen. I love the Hyatt bed and pillows and I really needed a good nights sleep. The location is also nice--up on a hilltop so you have a great view of the city. It is within walking distance of the main attractions in the city or Rouen.

This is a very nice hotel in a very good location. It is new and very clean. The lady in the front desk was very kind and welcoming. Our room was a good size for an overnight stay. The hotel is big and the outside is spacious with gardens and very nice views. There is a gate to enter the hote… more

“Réveillon du jour de l'an”
Hotel tres accueillant, de qualité, avec vue sur Rouen. Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Le personnel est au top: accueil, disponibilité, courtoisie. Le dîner a été très largement de qualité, plats soignés et originaux.

“Absolutely the best Hyatt Place on the globe!”
The Hyatt Place Rouen sits overlooking the city with spectacular views. The layout and design of the lobby/bar/dining room are lovely. The room, oh my! I had heated towel rack in the bathroom. I loved the bathrobe and slippers, just wish I had more time to spend at the spa. The bed was so luxurious… more

“Great Hyatt experience”
Beautiful hotel that is in town- but about 20 min on foot to the main center. Easy to walk in- but a good hike back up a hill. Took a taxi back after dinner so as to not walk that hill in heels. Great room and attentive and kind staff.
