“excellent budget hotel”
Good, clean comfortable hotel with excellent staff and service, just a little too far out of Toulouse for our needs, excellent steak restaurant, bus stop close by and good service to Toulouse city centre.

“Convenient”
Convenient & clean, couldn't hear road noise. Only problem was we couldn't get temperature in room down using the unit, had to open window which was ok in February but this wouldn't work in the summer!

“A good stay”
Very good service at check-in/reception & air-conditioning which worked (it doesn't at many hotels in France at this time of year - April)! Convenient location & very quiet (rear side of hotel, first floor). A pity they don't offer some cooked items for breakfast.

“Quite good, but.....”
*breakfast was fairly basic, with nothing hot*room security is problematic (rooms are accessible from outside & have low-quality locks)*the free coffee/milk & water was not replenished for my third night

“Very hot”
The outside temperature was 31°, and the room was very warm on arrival. No air-conditioning, but there was a free-standing fan in the room.
