“I cannot wait to return”
What a warm welcome. Immediately you feel the warm hospitality. A very nice place, in a beautiful park. The rooms have something, really well decorated and charming. And the restaurant. Excellent food and service. A good selection of excellent wines.

“Fantastic city; lovely hotel.”
Beautiful hotel in one of the most fabulous cities in the world. Perfect for swimmers and golfers but a wonderful place to visit all year round. Furnishings terrific; restaurant splendid. Carcassone is a gem.

“Old, very expensive room”
We stayed in a bungalow next to the main chateau in a massive room w/ badly dated finishes. The cost was something like €700 for the night, breakfast not included. We don’t mind spending money on accommodation but this felt like a clip job. I believe they are renovating the main chateau but for now… more
