“Cozy and Friendly”
Thank you for taking care of us nicely! We have a great time here! Staff are helpful and friendly, I like the simple room, tasty food, and fast WiFi! Our visit could be short, but the memories not! Send love for all crew!

“I definitely recommend this hotel”
Very friendly staff and very helpful. Really close to our lady's grotto. The rooms are very clean and quite spacious. If you prefer to eat something which is not on the menu your wish is for sure going to be granted.

“Short stay for International Deacons Conference”
The room and hotel facilities are typical of Lourdes - not large or grand but absolutely fine since in reality you spend little time in the room, apart from sleeping! The other facilities, dining space and bar were all good.

“Friendly staff-lovely hotel”
Lourdes is a lovely place and I particularly liked this hotel when I stayed there. Cheerful staff, nice rooms, everything clean and tidy and good quality of furnishings. Menu varied and inexpensive.The location is excelent-right in the heart of Lourdes

“Average, very impersonal”
Ok hotel, clean and comfortable. Breakfast below average, staff not that bothered about helping. Think they're just too busy with all the 'pilgrims'. On the plus side it does have parking and is within easy walking distance of all that Lourdes has to offer.
