“We stayed at the Grand Moderne for 3 days and thoroughly enjoyed our room and the excellent service provided by Laura.”
The front desk service by Laura was excellent. We were on a tour and our tour guide booked my husband and I twin beds when we wanted one bed. Laura who spoke perfect English quickly got us changed into another room which was larger and nicer with no extra fee. Throughout our stay if we needed wine … more
