“Pathetic experience booked through edreams ruined holiday”
I dont this people know 5 star means-hotel is 3 star (minus 3 or lower)-,bedbugs infestation, shame the hotel situated in lourde. better room in castle prison.

“Functional hotel perfect as a place to view the sights,”
Not too far from the station. (Look it up on the map before you arrive - Lourdes is full of people complaining that Google Maps doesn't work.) The sites and restaurants in Lourdes are on a circuit and the hotel is located close to the circuit. So good location for going out and close to the rail… more

“Good”
Everything was okay it’s just that the elevator wasn’t working and also the receptionist morning wasn't helpful to solve the problem at all But everything was okay with the rooms and even the breakfast
