“Excellent, serene environment”
Excellent service from the staff, they called to make sure we have the codes as we were arriving late, the room was neat and tidy and facilities were excellent. Very close to the grotto and other facilities, the city centres is a walking distance as well.

“Bad experienced using Hotel .com”
If you are first time going to Lourdes ,France I don’t recommend this Hotel.No one to ask after 6pm especially if you don’t speak French.The staff were very friendly.They speak little English and trying to avoid you.
