“Family feel hotel ”
What a super hotel this is. I couldn't fault anything. Very homely, friendly feel with attentive staff. Dinner was amazing, all home cooked fresh food. Breakfast plentiful. “Excellent stay at Hotel Cartier”
We stayed for one night at the end of a hotel to hotel walking holiday, (which was great by the way). There was some question as to whether the bus would run to Carcassonne on a bank holiday. The hotel may not be brand new, but it's clean. The rooms are spacious, providing plenty of comfort. Parking on the street is easy and convenient.
