Stayed for 2 nights on the way travelling thru France. Ideal hotel for Rocamadour. The hotel has good parking and is within a 2 min walk from the lifts or paths down into the main part of the attractions. The large pool area gives the opportunity for a relax after all the sightseeing. Pool area is a little tired and would benefit a quick upgrade of umbrellas etc. but it was still nice to use. Great breakfast on offer. The hotel restaurant is separate from the hotel about 90 m away. But the food was great and we ate there both nights

“Nice well situated hotel, but not adapted for wheelchair users”

The hotel was clean and tidy and spacious, we had requested an adapted room, due to using a wheelchair. Although the room was large, the bathroom was unsuitable for anyone with a disability as it was not adapted. There was a small balcony that overlooked the swimming pool ( we didn't use it but it looked great ). On arrival there was plenty of parking, but unfortunately we were checked in by the most unhelpful woman, at one point we had to stand, whilst she was having a personal phone call. The room information says ask at reception for WiFi code, don't bother it's on your key, coverage was pretty good. The receptionist the following day a man was lovely, helpful and considerate ( otherwise the stars would be lower ) To get into the city walk to the end of the carpark and turn right you will find the lifts to get into the city on your right. There is no information in the hotel to give directions, and our moody receptionist would or could not help. Overall this was a great overnight stay

The fresh fruit at breakfast looked tired. Nice coffee but no meats/ cheeses. Quite poor for 12.50 Euros. Room super clean, but noises from other rooms very evident. Tiny decking area outside onto a field by the pool. This was a superior room. Only tea in the room, no coffees. A lovely little frid… more

Tiny decking area outside onto a field by the pool. This was a superior room. Only tea in the room, no coffees. A lovely little fridge which was useful during our 3 day stay. The staff all a bit disengaged although polite enough. There were no towels in our bathroom- but we called reception and they brought them at once. We would stay again - but it was not that great in some ways. A definite positive was the wonderful air conditioning- shut was not noisy at all .

Small hotel outside the old town. My room was small and awkwardly designed. Very dated. There was no safe, no washcloths, and no tissues. I had a closet and a desk. There is a pool. Wi-Fi was very weak. Note: fabulous view of Rocamadour just down the cliff-side road at an overlook. Turn lef… more

Small hotel outside the old town. My room was small and awkwardly designed. Very dated. There was no safe, no washcloths, and no tissues. I had a closet and a desk. There is a pool. Wi-Fi was very weak. Note: fabulous view of Rocamadour just down the cliff-side road at an overlook. Turn left out of hotel and walk a few hundred meters. Enchanting at night with the entire town lit up.
