“An excellent restaurant in Souillac”
A very hospitable welcome, including help with parking. We were looking for a good dinner, and found it. Excellent food, imaginative and well-presented, at a fair price. The wine list wasn't extensive but carefully selected. We thoroughly recommend. English spoken (well!)

Both Heidi and Karl who run the Hotel were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Heidi went out of her way by taking us to the local Police Station and acting as an interpreter due to us being robbed in Paris and needing to make a Police Report. “Wonderful hotel with kind staff!”
We stayed here for several nights and had an excellent experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and you can either use the air conditioning of open your window to hear the river at night (we chose the latter and it was wonderful). “Great Stay”
Stayed here for 2 nights as part of cycling holiday. Very friendly welcome. Rooms clean with everything you need. Food very good / lovely dining room. Using local produce. 5 courses of pure delight. Helpful and very patient waiting staff, with our non existent French.

“A very pleasant stay”
Very warm and hospitable. The restaurant was outstanding, Close to everything you would wish to see in Souillac. A good base to explore the Dordogne’s wonderful scenery and history. We will definitely stay here again when we next return. Thanks to all the staff.
