My husband and I only stayed one night after being on vacation in Tenerife, as our flight arrived too late in the evening to take a train to our home city about 2 hours train ride from Toulouse. Despite being at the hotel such a short time, we loved it. It was a refreshing combination of features from our home country (USA) and adopted country (France). Our favorite features were: - Large modern room with large comfortable bed and sitting area, ample desk space, mini-fridge, large walk-in shower, and more - Ice bucket in room, plus a small tabletop self-service icemaker (making large cubes!) and still and sparking water machine (with refillable bottles in the room) available downstairs. It may sound silly, but one thing we have really missed since moving to France is icemakers in hotels - Excellent breakfast buffet that included both European (viennoiseries, meats and cheeses, yogurt and orange pressé) and American breakfast items (chafing dishes with scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage) and good quality automated coffee maker for lattes and similar (plus the amazing dedicated hot water machine in the tea making area) - General friendliness of all the staff we encountered I wish the hotel was close enough to Toulouse city center (or that there was better / faster public transport there) so that we could stay at the hotel when visiting Toulouse (our city is smaller, with fewer shops, so we tend to do mini-breaks to Toulouse or Bordeaux a few times a year). But, we do plan to fly out of Toulouse-Blagnac again in the future, so we will definitely plan on staying here again on those occasions. I enjoy charming city center hotels, and most of the time I choose a European-style hotel when traveling in France and elsewhere in Europe - and we are particularly loyal to a couple that we stay at when in Bordeaux and Paris. I’m not trying to replicate the U.S. here! But on occasion it is nice to enjoy the space and modern touches of an American-style hotel.

This is a very nice hotel close to TLS airport and not far from the center of Toulouse. It has spacious, clean, modern rooms and bathrooms. The bed was very comfortable and the TV was large and had English stations as well as the ability to use common streaming sites. The staff were outstanding and all seemed to speak English very well. The restaurant is nice and has a fantastic breakfast. The other meals were good but the selection is fairly limited. They also close on Saturday which is pretty inconvenient. My only real complaint is that the heating and cooling system only lets you adjust the temperature in your room by 3 degrees each way. So..basically you can't adjust the temperature. Kind of a dumb design. Otherwise though a very pleasant stay at a very nice hotel that I will stay at again if I ever come to Toulouse.

Hotel room was spacious with a king bed, we paid a little extra. Staff were helpful and friendly. Obviously we booked in order to have quick access to the airport and a free shuttle was perfect. We did have one incident that was quickly solved by the night staff and we were grateful for their attention and resolution. We ate in the restaurant which had a buzzing atmosphere and good basic food. Delightful waiters too.

“Average courtyard”

I picked up the hotel because I was going to a conference at the MEET. In general terms, the hotel is what you could expect from a courtyard. Breakfast is expensive, but you don't have much choice unless you are willing to pay Uber to the city center.
