We travelled as a family of 5 from London and I stayed for 6 nights over Easter. The property is beautiful with well maintained gardens and large rooms with terraces and many seating areas. It is reminiscient of some of the modern wineries in my native California. We loved the huge, heated (warm!) pool. The rooms were well designed, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were large. The staff were really friendly and helfpul. We had a mix up at dinner one night - the waiter forgot to place our order and we waited for over an hour before they became aware. The manager was profusely sorry and offered to cover our whole dinner plus dessert. We only ate at the restaurant one night but the food was delicious and varied. We highly recommend a visit to neighbouring Chateau Saint Roux for an authentic French vineyard experience. The breakfasts were good - lots of fruit, granola, yoghurts, eggs, bacon and of course, delicious French croissants.

Rooms are well appointed with modern designs, well maintained and clean. Though we red reviews about the beds being uncomfortable, we found them to be perfect (a firmer medium foam type mattress). The staff was fantastic - friendly, accommodating, attentive. We had a physical accomodation that was needed and they did the best they could to ensure we were comfortable which was greatly appreciated. It should be noted that the property is largely handicap accessible, but the elevator to access the lobby/restaurant/tasting room from the lower level patio/hotel room is not publicly accessible and required that we be escorted by a staff member. The "accessible" path is very long and not good for someone with mobility limitations. We also noted that the door leading to the pool area does not have a knob on the outside so when the doors were closed we had to go all around the building via a non-accessible path with no railings to access our hotel rooms. The property management needs to reassess some of these experiences to ensure the property is safer for all guests. We were able to enjoy a meal at the restaurant and enjoyed it. The menu is somewhat limited, however, so we didn't feel it was worth more than one visit. Due to the accessibility challenges, we did not have breakfast in the restaurant but the staff accommodated us with a meal on our patio which was greatly appreciated as room service is not normally available during breakfast. The lobby/tasting room is beautiful and worth a visit. Overall, we would consider this property for a future stay.

“A nice and quiet halt for a couple of days”

Stunning location near the Maures, surrounded by vineyards. The rooms are nice but perfectible. Food was great thanks to a remarkable chef.
