“Great boutique hotel”

Close enough to be close to everything. Far enough away to ensure peace and quiet. Lovely clean rooms, good breakfast but above all incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Thank you Kacha and Anatasia!

We had several difficulties with the room we checked in and notified the front desk who said they would address immediately. We left our room for almost 2 hours and the problems persisted upon our return. The front desk told us the technician had left for the day and would have to wait at least 20 minutes for his return. All other rooms were occupied so we had no option but to wait. Help did finally arrive and problem solved. I felt the hotel should have a better option to address technical issues than to wait 30 min for help. But overall, this was a very comfortable and spacious room with excellent wifi and a lovely view. The staff was polite and respectful during our problems and I give them props for this. The hotel is outdated and needs refurbishment, but overall I had a restful sleep and a positive stay here.

“Quite Sensible”

The hotel is just a walking distance to the port. Very near to all the attractive destination of Batumi. Restaurants, Breakfast is just Ok, but you can see the beach from their restaurant. Rooms are not very big but comfortable.

The hotel is very small and cozy, it has 3 floors of rooms and suites above the lobby, the 5th floor is the restaurant where the breakfast is, there's also a 6th floor which you can get by foot on stairs, but we didn't go there We came to the hotel at 3 pm, the room was ready so we entered quickly. Our room was on the 2nd floor, we paid for a suite with a balcony and a hot tub, with city view (which was kinda disappointing). They don't got any suites with balcony and sea view unfortunately. The suite was huge, the bathroom was also spacious. The hot tub was very big, as the toilet. The design of the items was nice, though there were some things to notice - the handle of the tap was made out of kinda metal, it kept falling off constantly and was very uncomfortable for using. Also the controllers of the hot tub were incomprehensible. There were flies in our suite, which disturbed us a lot. Luckily, no mosquitoes. Regarding the level of cleanliness, everything is clean everywhere, we were very satisfied about this. The elevator was very problematic, it was frustrating. We stayed on the 1st floor (of rooms, actually it's the 2nd floor of the hotel) and ordered the elevator to go to the restaurant on the upper floor. The elevator was on the lobby floor. We saw that the elevator is going up, not stopping on our floor, and came to the restaurant floor. then it's going down, and stopping at our floor. It's a waste of time and the managment needs to do something about it. Their breakfast was good, not amazing. There were some stuff we didn't like but every morning we were leaving satiated and not hungry at all. The waitres don't know English very good, and even Russian was a bit hard for them to understand so it was difficult to talk to them or asking them for something. But they were very nice and professional. The reception staff were friendly and kind, although we needed help with the "maxim" app because we didn't have sim card with calls or sms, and we asked the receptionist to order us a cab at 4 pm from the botanical gardens back to the hotel and he went with us to the cab driver to ask him, and then he declined and told us he can't do this and also the cab driver can't come by himself to the botanical gardens so we were very disappointed. Also, no late check outs, which we could use because our flight was late at night and we had to use the luggage room to storage our luggage. The hotel is located next to the alphabet tower and the ferris wheel, as well as the ali and nino statue. It was close to some mini markets and some restaurants but not further. All the important things and the heart of the city were far from us and we had to take long walks, which took us an hour and even more than an hour.
