“good premise -bad performance”
the views are exquisite, the hotel is built as a high-class hotel but you can see that no one has paid attention to it ever since. it is not utilized to its full potential, the hotel is clearly under-staffed, there is no one anyone around when needed. “Average hotel, bad service, perfect view and nature.”
The room was clean but not the pool and surrounding. Service was bad, staff wasn’t paying attention to guests and how clean was the standing of the pool. Most of the time towels were missing. The bar by the pool looked like abandoned. Overall price and quality wasn’t matching.
