The hotel is walking distance from the central square of Kutaisi, but you walk through a dark spooky neighborhood with abandoned houses. Very clean and spacious Hotel and rooms. Very gentle and helpful staff. Reception was available 24 hours. Breakfast and dinner had a large and very tasty variety, served in a nice dining area. We were thrilled with the food. Our room was nice, spacious and comfortable, but had an old ugly concrete balcony that blocked the view of the small cute garden, unless you stand. Bathroom was large and very clean, but the shower constantly flooded the room. We had our towels changed frequently. The mattress was very comfortable and very large, but the cover was a little bit small for that bed.

Not a 4 star hotel, more 3.5. Very clean and tidy with car park at the back. Reception helpful inc sorting part of balcony door frame that fell off during the storm. Not a 4 star hotel, more 3.5. Very clean and tidy with car park at the back. Reception helpful inc sorting part of balcony door frame that fell off during the storm. Room was clean with tea and coffee. Tv didnt work as smart card didnt register. Water every day. Ok bathroom but lacked storage and lack of hangers. Bathroom often smelled slightly. Breakfast was decent enough. No pool or wellness facilities. Small walk into town via a part dimly lit road which was a bit uncomfortable at night.
