“Excellent option for visiting Europa Park.”
We loved this hotel. So kind to let us check in early. Terrific service. Breakfast was delicious and huge. Just have to walk over to sister hotel for it. Very comfortable room. Easy walk from the train to hotel. We would have liked to stay longer!

“good hotel”
We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. location is great for Europapark. And breakfast was good and fresh .. service was excellent .and the staff very friendly The room was good. just we cant open window or the shutters because there are no curtains

“Great place for its value!”
The room was very spacious and clean, comfortable enough to fit 4 persons with no issues. It would be nice to have an extra towel for the foot, when stepping out from the shower cabin. Breakfast choices weren't various, but everything was fresh and delicious, especially croissants.

“Hotel for families”
Very good hotel with big and clean rooms. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast included. Rooms with air conditioner and freezer. Few minutes drive from europa park. The hotel in 2-3 minutes walk from supermarket.

“A place to sleep near Europa-Park, nothing more”
Upon arrival shortly after 4 p.m., the room was not ready, and we were asked to wait a short while. We eventually got our room at 4:40 p.m., making for a long wait. The staff did apologize, but we received no compensation, not even a free bottle of water. Once in the room, it was adequate. However… more
