“Nice little hotel”
Excellent hotel in the black forest, nice very clean rooms, staff were very friendly, and close to forest trails. Everyone spoke English, those who didn't did every effort to assist in a way or another.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Nice breakfast with by the owner baked Torte. Location quiet with a nice view. Room very clean and convenient. “Winter playground”
7 Dec 2010: Our stay here was most enjoyable. Breathtaking views from the room, clean comfortable rooms, and very friendly staff all contributed to making our stay memorable. Highly recommended as a place to stay. Would be an ideal place to stay for a ski trip.

“Nice, clean but noisy if you need an open window in summer”
Very friendly staff (owners?), breakfast was good. We had a 2nd floor room so be prepared to carry your suitcase up two floors. “Good.. almost great but not quite”
We stayed 4 nights in December 2014. The room wasn't huge but was adequate size and had an excellent balcony overlooking the black forest. The bed was average.
