Villa Neugarten (together with Guter Tropfen and Renn) is the best place to stay at Lake Constance. The service is super. Beata offers you every day a big smile at breakfast and delivers all the extra's you want. She's a treasure. We booked the appartment which has all the comfort you need. Two seperate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a wonderfull living room. The garden is perfect for zen time but the lake is only a few minutes walk. In times like this it is a gift to swim in the beautiful surrounding. We come at the lake for more than 50 years already but never had this perfect stay. Thank you very much team Neugarten!

The hotel is a family run business. They have been all very kind and helpful. It is evident the place is new, modern, and very well kept. The hotel is a family run business. They have been all very kind and helpful. It is evident the place is new, modern, and very well kept. Our room wasn't huge but very comfortable with everything you might need. Breakfast consisted mainly of savory snacks, with a wide variety of bread and cold cuts, along with sweet jams and fresh fruit. The hotel is about 10-15 mins from the town center and very close to the lake. It was a great experience, much recommended.

We would have loved to stay longer, but our time limited us to one night. We were so impressed with the delightful interior decoration of the hotel rooms: so cheerful and tasteful! The hoteliers' friendly reception and useful tourist tips more than compensated for the poor weather outside.We will certainly come back to this charming hotel and village.

With a very warm greeting from the von Sandens apon arrival we entered into a tastefully decorated, clean establishment. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, the extensive breakfast was served by a friendly hostess, and the back terrace was the perfect place to sit and have an afternoon glass of Hagnau's local wine. During our week long stay we enjoyed our short walk into the town center as well as the close proximity to neighboring towns and, of course, the beautiful lake view. The von Sandens are simply wonderful hosts who include genuine, personal touches for their guests, creating a warm, friendly atmosphere. We loved our stay, will always remember our time there, and will definitely choose Hotel von Sanden again should we return to the bodensee. We definitely recommend!!
