Beautiful hotel, next level theming. Comfortable rooms with fantastic views of the park. Excellent breakfast service. Lovely swimming pools. I wouldn't hesitate to come again. My only criticism is the thunderous trolley in the restaurant.

The hotel is beautifull. The staff are really nice and helpfull. Especially Miss Lena behind the reception was amazing and so kind. Breakfast was amazing, many choices and very tasty. “Perfect to visit the Park”
Perfect location to visit the Park, helpful staff, very good restaurants in the hotel resort. Definitely recommended for a nice family stay. Great breakfast. But we did not spend a lot of time in the hotel.

The rooms are very clean and the view was amazing. It's a great place for kids! Breakfast was great, staff was friendly. Definitely recommended for a nice family stay. Perhaps our expectations were a bit too high of a 4-star hotel (in Germany). Perhaps. Then again, paying ~340 EUR for a room with 4 adults for one night is definitely not a low price by any means (even if it is "4-starred").
